Classic Who "The Curse of Fenric" Parts 1&2 Full Reaction!

I’d argue that Nicholas Parsons - great nominative casting for a vicar - was better known at the time as the host of the long-running game show Sale Of The Century.

In the download link, It says the name is Classic Who - Battlefield Part 3&4 Full Reaction.mp4, is that just a wrong name or a wrong link?

"We sought haven in Northumbria, and took refuge at a place called Maidens' Bay, but the curse of the treasure has followed us to this place.", The Doctor reading the translation, "The Curse of Fenric" This story is by Ian Briggs who had written "Dragonfire" - Ace's introductory story. And there's quite a lot of story to fit into these episodes (German code-breaking machines, a Viking curse, Soviet commandos, Vampire girls with long nails, ...), and there was a lot of extra filming done. So it meant that there was material for a nice movie format director's cut. "Captain, we've lost the others.", Sgt Prozorov, "The Curse of Fenric" Polish born Tomek Bork, who playes Captain Sorin, suggested to the director that the actors should speak in Russian (with English subtitles) in the early scenes. He, himself, provided the translations. "Ah, this looks about right. World War Two uniforms. No need to worry about looking silly.", The Doctor, "The Curse of Fenric" After the last story's Victorian wardrobe changes, Ace now sports WW2 period clothes - because Sophie wanted to. "Unauthorised? We are here by urgent request of the War Office. I think you'll find this is signed by the Prime Minister and the head of the Secret Service.", The Doctor, "The Curse of Fenric" The Prime Minister? Well, we will know the Doctor knows him. And where's RTD's psychic paper when you need it? It makes situations like this a lot quicker. "A little less excitement please, Doctor Judson. Remember your blood pressure.", Nurse Crane, "The Curse of Fenric" Nurse Crane is played by Anne Reid. We saw her (and her straw) later in New Who as the blood-sucking Plasmavore in Martha's first story: "Smith and Jones". "Look at the lettering.", "Greek?", "Russian.", The Doctor and Ace, "The Curse of Fenric" Talking about Russian translations - why does Ace need the Doctor to translate things in this story? What happened to the TARDIS translation circuits? I guess, it's probably for the viewer's benefit. "I used to believe there was good in the world, hope for the future.", Reverend Wainwright, "The Curse of Fenric" The Reverend Wainwright is played by Nicholas Parsons who was a TV and radio presenter. I suppose he was best known for hosting the radio panel show "Just a Minute" - for over 50 years from 1967 to 2019. He was also a long-time fan of "Doctor Who". "Hello? Anybody home?", The Doctor, "The Curse of Fenric" The dog in the background here (did you spot her?) is the producer's (JNT) dog Pepsi. We have seen Pepsi before - she had an uncredited part in "Delta and the Bannermen" when the camp leader was taking her for a walk. "And?", "And er, I don't know.", "And it wasn't here this morning.", The Doctor and Ace, "The Curse of Fenric" I am reminded of a classic Sherlock Holmes story "The Norwood Builder" when something was on the wall that hadn't been there earlier. "And the half-time score: Perivale - six hundred million, rest of the universe - nil.", Ace, "The Curse of Fenric" Oh, Ace, what have you done!? "Oh no! You should have told me.", Ace, "The Curse of Fenric"
