Supernatural 13x14 Full Reaction!

When the line is mentioned of killing the pretty one, I noted, “That doesn’t narrow it down.” before the line is mentioned of them both being equally pretty, which gave us both a laugh. They survive and see that they have the problem with Donatello going Gollum by way of Heath Ledger’s Joker. The latter is fitting given Keith’s big scene with the Joker. Intensity kicks up in earnest when Castiel took his coat off, nearly had a heart attack on that one. Love your own response to what happened. Love how Castiel says that he’s done fucking around when there’s the impending war. He also calls out how rich it is for Dean to object to what happened, considering some of his own past actions. They now have a shopping list. The question of who the most holy man is, I would guess the pope. Should be easy to talk to him as I’d imagine he’ll be stopping by Comiskey to see the Sox play from time to time. In the other world, love how Jack saw through the bullshit. He and Mary get along very well. The episode gets better when they meet Bobby. You say to Jack, “Well, Jack, you’ve met the boys’ mom, Mary. Bobby, here, he is the boys’ dad.” Always a pleasure to see you react to Jim as any variant of Bobby. God, I loved the big scene that Bobby and Mary had. Felt like seeing a conversation between my parents. The two of them have a similar energy. Quite a line when Bobby notes about Mary making the deal was perhaps the right call. Dagger to the heart when Bobby said how the boys weren’t even there long, and they wanted him to come back to their world. Yeah. The boys miss their dad. I get it. Shame about the shadow puppets give away their location. Can’t fault Bobby for his response. Tellingly, though you had a mild chiding, you didn’t much yell. One, it is Bobby. Two, you can see Jack realizes it too, given what Bobby’s gone through, his response makes sense. Like when Hera mentioned about how she heard that Saw had an extremist reputation, and Kanan notes, “Considering his past, can’t say I blame him.” Great when Jack steps up, and Bobby is man enough to change his tune, because of course he’s man enough to change his tune. He is Bobby. I hear what you’re saying about Jack taking the fight to Michael might not work well. Probably, but that is a concern for another time. To end on a light note for this intense one. The plate of bacon that Dean had. Dean did have a lot of bacon on that plate. In this instance, I am unable to judge Dean. Funny how you had the words about it. Thanks for the reaction, Jess.
