Walk-Trough vs. Step-By-Step

So as you could see, my latest tutorial was recorded live, not like my usual tutorials, which are walktroughs of a pre-made setups. I know a lot of you asked to do a step-by-step tuts, but as you can tell, they come out longer (30-40 mins)
So im wondering, should we keep the old format (Walk-Trough) or do these "live", a bit longer step-by-step tuts?
