Jaby, as far as the inspiration for the story, Oda Definitely draws from world events, classical stories and myths, really anything he loves. A lot of the Character designs are also based on actual people he admires. In regard to Achara's comments on Oda dropping the secret to the One Piece in the ocean, he didn't give any hints to where it is. I'm sure he and everyone else don't want people to get hurt to find it. And, as you two were talking about, we still don't know what the One Piece is, but we do know it will be revealed soon. The Manga is approaching the final Arc of the story, so in the coming years all will be revealed.

2026-03-11 23:27:22 +0000 UTCSo S3 is confirmed and they have been filming it for a while and will end filming in June. It is speculated to release next year mid-late 2027. And as to how many seasons this show will be the actor that plays Zoro mentioned in an interview with the other cast that Oda (the creator) already has a perfect stop for this cast.My prediction is a certain arc which means it could get up to season 7-8 at least. I also think that they will switch the cast up after a certain point so that the actors don't get too old to play the characters. Which is understandable if they want to do the whole story (which the manga is in its final saga but is still ongoing)
