2026-01-07 19:18:38 +0000 UTCgym is a scam. its so sad people think that is the only way to get fit. the fittest in my life (8% body fat) was from paleo diet and daily exercise, NO GYM. didnt join a gym til i was 40 and im in the second worst shape of my life. havent weighed this much since i was a chubby kid. get some free vids on youtube, free diet plan from google, and free discipline/self control from within. simple pimple. there are so many fitness influencers who do the "you dont need a gym" gimmick. love this one brother in indonesia who MADE his own gym in his back yard, including weights. tires, bricks, tree (for pull ups), etc. he even made a little pond and put fish in it to mate and produce for food as well as a little garden. tiny space but he made it work for him. no excuses, no unnecessary spending. same with education. if you are smart with good reading comprehension, just get a library card and teach yourself. also, plenty of tips of every field online. you can also audit classes at universities. the key to life isnt money, thats the lie that the man tells you to keep you in this "society" game that he created. the key is self determination. with that, you can achieve anything with NO money (me), while those with money are lost souls (many of an ex)

2026-01-07 18:36:28 +0000 UTCnot everyone lives by l.a. mindset lol. so not into astro people so i avoid them. i dont even know friends birthdays by heart and didnt learn them for months. i literally just learned my brother's birthday in november cause we are planning a family reunion at the end of march and he went "it can double as a birthday party". thats how you learn: not by prying or stalking but waiting for the person to devulge that information willingly
