I don't think Brian was ever mentioned in Tokyo Drift and he just met Brian in 5, which is BEFORE Tokyo Drift. The real qn is how did he walk away from the explosion. Also, you are forgetting Dom showed up at the end asking for Han and saying he used to ride with him... Anyways, you gotta check out Pitch Black and Riddick if you haven't already. Vin Diesel is great in those!

They figured out what this franchise is with the fifth one. It is a fun live action cartoon, and they go for that every time, and they just keep getting bigger and bigger. Also, don’t forget to watch the Fast and the Furious spinoff Hobbs and Shaw. It is one of the best of the franchise. :)

2024-09-19 05:11:01 +0000 UTCOn The Rock and acting the proof he can act is Ballers - that cast is absolutely stacked with top tier actors, and he more than holds his own. I think it's because it's a story that he's super comfortable with, but he can definitely act. On Tokyo Drift, it's a little bit retcon, best to just take it as the end is after these movies. It might make a lot more sense later I guess? Also yeah, I this is around peak Fast movies tbh.

2024-09-18 23:34:55 +0000 UTCThe only small thing i always wondered, which for some reason they dont explain or even try to. Maybe it was cut out of the movie. The whole movie is only possible at the very beginning when they take the GT40, but why? Why would Dom care at all when they said they wanted that car. Anyway hope you both are ready for the follow up movies, cause the vault was just the tip of the "shark jumping the moon" and crazier things are gonna happen. Cant wait to see the reaction to Jason Mamoa showing up, haha

At the end when he was talking to Gal about where they should go to next she brought up Tokyo and that he wanted to go there. His response was that we'll get there eventually, referring to Tokyo drift.
