Yeah, so “yee naaldlooshii” is legit the proper term for “skinwalker”, but of course it’s a NAVAJO creature, and the Navajo reservation is two timezones from the Dark Forest. That evil mom ghost moved pretty far to torture her kids. Also, because Huckleberry (or the writing staff) just got it off Wikipedia, they pronounce “yee” like it rhymes with tee, but it’s actually pronounced “yay” in Navajo. (And the “oo” is oh, not like in “boo.”)
