Just to give a small context, not sure if you caught it. When they were talking about Gari-B, it referred to Gareebi which translates to poverty. And they are going with F the Gari-B/ F the Poverty.

So bloody glad you checked out this vice video and this after my last comment (which I am sure you didn’t notice , let alone reading it)on your city slum reaction , now you have reference points and benchmark on what next to react to.
