I see a side of me in most of Imtiaz Ali's films because he's that good a storyteller. Also, this seems like a rehashed version of the original with love stories from two different eras played by the same lead (Saif in the original, Kartik in this). You guys should watch this one first before catching up with the original. It'll lose its novelty, otherwise.
