[Reward | WIP] Dragon Dust

January's (2024) reward for Patreon Dustiko!

Feat. her own OC/Sona, Dust. In a new redesign that looks a little more gritty and less pokemon-like!

1- Rough Sketch: The very first sketch was meant to get the posing and most of the details in so I could get the right look for it.
2- Sketch: On the 1st revision, I changed a couple things as asked, like adding some boots, a bigger belly, a different horn and overall polishing of everything
3- Lineart: With the proper sketch in place, I now add in the clean lineart for it with all details included.
4- Fixed Lineart: After a revision from the client, I had to redraw some of the artwork to include ears and whiskers, along some other things.
5- Flat Colors: I include all the basic colors in all sections of the lineart.
6- Gradients: Then I add darker and lighter gradients to all colors.
7- Shading: Then I add some shadows and highlights in separate colored layers.
8- Visual Effects: And lastly I add some glow and extra visual effects in the parts I feel are needed.
