This scene can be triggered by the new enemy located in X6-Labs (New Area)
New Enemy: Walker
Roxanne's Quest:
Roxanne's Quest starts when you have completed the quest Mayor Under Fire and you've won atleast 20 battles with Roxanne. She will talk to you in any location that you can fast travel to.
Roxanne asks Aida to look for an old Laboratory, located in Ruinheim.
Ruinheim can be accessed through the new area in Raider City Banditown - South East Entrance. Just past Valentina's house.
Completing this quest makes you and Roxanne... FRIENDS. Also, it gives you a special item that increases Roxanne's bewbs size slightly in all scenes. You can toggle this bewb-increase on and off.
