Remember the prison worlds are a mirror image of thr real world so in 1994 where bonnie got the cure it was still there it had been taken in 1994

I guess that since the prison worlds are a perfect copy of the real world but without people, everything that is contain in the real world is as well in the prison world, therefore the cure was were Silas was supposed to be but without Silas so available to be take, if you knew where to get it an since Bonnie when there to take the rock with Ketzia blood full of magic she took the cure too. The relationship Damon had with his parents is complicated and heartbreaking. We know that their father was much of a kind person, that Stefan was is favourite son and Damon was to his eyes a disappointment. He had his mother dying when he was 18 and Stefan was 10, but she never came back for them an you can feel the resentment about it in Damon’s voice, especially when she told him on his face “this is my family”, that must have hurt. But let’s see how that develop.

I've watched the show 6 times over (not including reactions), but I've only just realized a continuity issue. In S4, Bonnie had to channel the Hunter's Mark on Jeremy to open the pathway to the cure. Let's say Bonnie remembered the way to the cure—how did she open the tomb with no magic? And was the cure just sitting there by itself since no one was in that universe except for Bonnie, including Silas and the hunters?😂 The show sort of glossed over these details but I honestly don't care because of how good of a story is created by bringing the cure back into play🔥
