Alright here goes the Season 5 finale!! so excited to see where Season 6 is going to bring us, we have an unexpected duo with Damon and Bonnie who are going to have to rely on each other to make it back and also we gained Alaric back which is pretty cool but now his bff is gone lol
I'll give this one 9/10

I guess the difference is that Elena and Caroline said that they would help Jesse and they didn't say they would help Luke that tried to kill Elena and Stephen.

This was the last season I watched on Netflix before getting caught up with the show. Imagine watching back-to-back episodes and then THIS is the cliffhanger that leaves you waiting for months😩

2022-04-07 01:52:12 +0000 UTCYes I agree Season % is not my favourite season either, even though there are many great episodes that shed a light in the life of Damon, and explained why Damon came into town in season one with his humanity off. Season 6, 7 and 8 are just fantastic.

Definitely a top ten episode of the series . The best finale in my opinion. Plus all the favorite characters comming back . Good season finale
