I just watched your reaction again and I just LOVE it! I thought you may want to hear a funny story about the first sex scene when Claire asks Jamie if he wants to go to bed and he says "To bed or to sleep?" The Director told Cait to say (instead of "well?" because the camera was on Sam) - "Well why don't you come over here and fuck me and we'll find out!" They knew that Sam would have a great reaction if he didn't start laughing and that is the actual take that they used!

Angus is more comic relief Rupert is another awesome character.... 2. She is 27 and I believe Jamie is 23 or 24. Murtagh is one of my fav characters in the whole series... he is Jamie's godfather and such an integral part of the series. 3. Catriona Balfe (Claire) would look with a paper bag on her.. The dress was made by Terry Dresbach who is the wife to the producer of the show .. When you have time watch the extras (I don't know if they are on netflix) but you can find them on youtube there is a whole bit about how the "dress" was made. Without spoiling the show she wears another dress in the series that's even more famous and the die hard fans know which I speak of. If you think this boot knocking was good can't wait to get to your reaction at the "Reckoning" I find that one more......... well

There are so many examples out there of films that wanted to be sensual and the result is everything but, Outlander is clever, the acting is really good, the sexual act is build romantically, establishing a real connection between the characters that is believable and emotionally engaging. That is why is very sensual, rather than merely sexual. It describes the dynamics of passion extremely well, tastefully, that is why the scenes of intimacy are so beautifully done, like everything else.

I can not imagine how much you have to trust your scene partner to be able to do scenes like these. You're being so vulnerable and open and intimate. Almost like really trusting a sexual partner in real life. They're definitely not both COMPLETELY naked. Generally, guys wear what is affectionately known as a "c*ck sock" if you'll excuse the expression, and women usually wear a kind of thong, the lines of which can be hidden with make-up/removed in post. It wouldn't be allowed for them to actually have sex on screen because then technically they'd be making pornography and that's a whole different set of rules and laws they'd be entering into. 😄 But they have incredible chemistry so, in my book it's about 1000 times hotter than porn. LOL! This is an incredible show and I'm so excited that it's going into full time rotation in March! Yay!!! Can't wait to see what your reaction is to some of the stuff coming up.
