So happy we're not killing Caroline (not anytime soon anyway) and that she's been able to see that controlling herself IS possible!! I feel like there's going to be some changes in her life but she'll be fine (I hope♡)

2021-04-16 01:01:16 +0000 UTCI never viewed the end discussion in that manner, thanks for keying me in on that point about how Jeremy was showing Damon that he was better than his Dad and Uncle and the bigger man as it were. It's sad that Jeremy's and Damon relationship don't get as much notice or praise like others, or even get used in other ways and false arguments about things. I know it gets overshadowed by Dalaric sometimes, but I feel it's just as important, if not more important than even Dalaric's to Damon character.

2021-04-15 22:21:01 +0000 UTCThe point is Jeremy isn't stupid he understands that having Damon on his side is an advantage. Plus even though he suffer from him a pretty traumatic experience, I think he took it in the positive way as though love, like "Iscare you off the hell out of you the idea of been a vampire" . The fact that was Damon who compelled him, and the very intimate moment after Anna died the share, established Damon as the adult taking charge of doing things. The warning Damon gave him at the carnival fare was also because Katherine is around and she made Caroline into a vampire, they don't know why she is there, she can enter in the Gilbert house. So Damon showed him not to go around to be cocky showing the ring and threatening people way stronger and faster than him and the message was received loud and clear. I love Damon and Jeremy relationship too is one of the most underrated relationships and also a very interesting one. And I forgot to add. Jeremy by going to Damon and showing him he is the bigger man, conquered Damon respect.

I feel like it's such a crucial age too for a boy his age so to have someone showing him that he *kinda* cares even if it's in his own way can be good for him! Yeah for Bonnie, I think she's really powerful, which is cool but other than that I'm not quite sure yet if I agree with her decisions and the way she handles thing (all the blaming and everything) even if I understand where she comes from! we'll see... I have so much more to see and I'm excited! OH Stefan helping Caroline... LOVE IT

Every personalty as human play a great role in the vampire tat person will be Caroline is used to live her lives prett6y muc alone since her mothat is a very busy sheriff that comes home late. So she is used to be self sufficent, we can see how fast she figure out what to do in the hospital, without nobody explained anything to her. I love Caroline.

2021-04-14 17:52:28 +0000 UTCSeason 2 Caroline is great and I really enjoy her character this season. She does have a different personality than Vicki, she is a control freak, so this helps her out instead of having the addictive personality that is Vicki. She has more self confidence and assertiveness in a way than Vicki did as well. What Caroline did to Damon was warranted and justified as well, as much as I love Damon, seeing Caroline stand up to him and tell him off helped both characters. Now, Damon actually isn't hurting as much as you would think, he is in a way, but not the same way as before. He does show this in his concern with figuring out what the Lockwoods are, and even helping with Carol Lockwood about the Council Stefan brings this up about him drinking from blood bag. This is a stark contrast to when he found out about Katherine the first time. It's only when we are completely broken, can we change. As far as him and Jeremy, he does have to show Jeremy some tough love concerning the ring. Jeremy, doesn't have any strong male role Models for him to look up too right now. His Dad is Dead, and his Uncle really isn't the best person. So suddenly when Damon does the tough love act with him, it sort of resonates with him. Damon, clearly showed that he wasn't going to attempt to kill Caroline anymore, after Elena interfered and he had to stop and the intense moment between him and her as he is holding the stake and the stare down. He says okay, but what ever happens it's on you. She makes him back down. This is now the third time we have seen Elena also save Damon's life from from fire. The first with Lexi's boyfriend, at the end of Season 1 from the building, and now her with Bonnie were he actually does end up on fire finally. This is even after stating she hates him, she saves him from this and saves Bonnie from committing murder herself. Bonnie I'm not a big fan due to the fact that she is taking this out on Damon, when it wasn't his fault. He had nothing to do with the death of the carnival worker, and though he could be more sensitive about matters, that just Damon in some cases. Yet, he wasn't at fault for any of this. I will admit that this is the only season that I like Stefan's character till later seasons. Stefan helping Caroline is great and it's one of my favorite scenes from the episode. Can't wait for your next reaction to episode three. It's a great episode.
