This avatar uses Poiyomi Toon Shader (depends on decals & UV tile discard), using any other shader might break features of the avatar.

The asset is received only through automation on the discord server for the purpose of monitoring the use of TOS.

You may not:

Sell, distribute or share the files of the product to those who do not have legal ownership of the product, regardless of any modifications to it.
Upload any of the files of the product to other websites or applications where it can be accessed or shared.
Upload or add the avatar to an account within an application where the account holder does not have legal ownership of the avatar/product, regardless of any modifications to it.
Use this product for commercial purposes. This includes the promotion of paid services, merchandise and paid media that utilizes the assets of the avatar/product.
Use this product in any form of dehumanization (racism, violence against someone, homophobia, etc.) or illegal/inappropriate acts.

You may:

Edit the product for personal use.
Use the product for creating videos, streaming, renders & advertising products made for the avatar.
Sell or create avatar commissions as long as both you and the client legally own the product (you can use discord server roles to authenticate ownership).
Sell or share products created for the avatar, but none of the product files can be provided.

You understand and agree that:

You must credit me the creator properly when using the avatar/product.

I reserve the rights to keep the credits of the model in anything and anyway that it is used for. However, I am not responsible for any inappropriate uses of it.
You will lose access to the product without a refund if you break terms of service.
