Astrum Backstory

I came up with a general backstory to each of the band members. Not too sure what I will do with them in the future. Maybe a comic or even a fan made animatic if I have the time and patience :) As of now they're just a mental representation of most songs by Paramore. Enjoy!

The band "Astrum" (meaning 'celestial sky' in latin) is a Pop punk band in the early 2000's style. Sonically inspired by bands such as Paramore, Evanescence, Pvris.

Aria is a fennec fox girl with a tomboyish demeanor and pretty extroverted. Lead singer of the band. Has a pretty enthusiastic approach to life and a free spirit. Despite being light hearted and fun, there's a deeper side to her and lives for meaningful connections with friends. Loves to read about magical folklore in her spare time.

Harley is a laid back and scruffy donkey. Bassist of the band. Identifies as a trans male. He and Aria first met in astrology club for new age pagans along with Lennox early on in collage. Sensitive in nature but always has the need for authenticity. Harley has a strong interest in bringing the best out of his friends.

Lennox is a tall and lanky peacock. The guitarist and backing vocals of the band. He, Harley, and Aria first formed a band as a fundraiser event for the astrology club covering songs by old school Soul/R&B classics. Which later became their own passion project during downtime. Lennox is what you may call as the eccentric geek type, who would go on a tangent when discussing certain topics about old rock bands. Often apologetic but open to understanding people's desires.

Roland is a large, hefty alligator. The Drummer of the band. Has a knack for culinary skills and a big appetite for new recipes. He got to know the band as the three of them once played a small venue at a small business restaurant he was working in as assistant chef. Very kind hearted and friendly despite his intimidating appearance. His drumming skills came from messing around with kitchen utensils while playing with his food as a younger gator.

Vance is a tall and grouchy snow leopard. Second guitarist and screamo singer of the band. Joined the band last after quitting another due to legal issues with former manager. Too dark to mention. Very reserved and doesn't really speak much at all, despite having no problem tagging along with anything the bandmates are up to. Very mysterious about his personal upbringings, but still always means well in the end.
