please note this is not finished. The bathroom and knitting + crafting area are not done. but majority of the build is. so In the tray files those spaces are empty or either full of junk. I'll update the tray files when I finish those areas. I will also be updating this post and fill in all the cc links over time
this is build meant to be played with Zerbu's turbo careers mod, for the artist career or office career. I think freelance career can work with this too. I haven't tested itif you use the photography career mod it will work for that
TLDR; info about the build below
the first floor : the lobby , client waiting area, front desk , product photography, and designer desks! (where the magic happens) artist painting areas and outfront are bikes they can ride out in for a little exercise
the rest of the first floor's designers' desks , i really enjoyed making this, i did not wanna do cubicles. creatives need visual space! even though this build could work for the office career I didn't wanna make it for that I have another I will do for that one. i was really inspired by the dividers i placed to break up that space between the office and the photography area.
second floor: the woodworking and sculpting area. I would have commercial printing and architect modelling in this space if that was a THING. the interview and commercial filming area. I imagine famous sims or actors would sit here and promote a product and the design studio would film it and then edit it for advertisements
third floor: textiles and materials: for the clothing sample making and screen-printing and knitting area. not finished so i didn't show it. lol and the break area! coffee breakroom with outdoor seating . there is a bathroom i didn't work on yet but it's there.
this is a city industrial type build. it works well as a community space too if you want that. but it does have electronics and sims like to steal 'borrow' so do it at your own risk. I almost always play with turbo careers in my active households I like taking my sims to work and actively playing their jobs and meeting coworkers etc. maybe one day I will stream record for patrons of some of my gameplay ;D we'll see
