Dragon Man Design (For-Fun Illustration)

There's no backstory to this guy, I suppose he was inspired by Omega Shenron, or a redesign of him, but I'm not sure if that's what I'd consider it at this stage. Either way, I thought it was a cool drawing to share! So enjoy!
