I also made the wires more tangled in both the versions (perhaps needs even more to give more impression that he can not get out of this all by himself) and increased resolution to detail the doe better.
Funny thing is... The concept of this picture is quite old, over a decade. And it used to be a quite emo rough doodle, like a dragon flying through a modern city then gets caught in all the wires and ropes, all bruised, wings torn and bleeding a lot, head smashed against the pavement, in one version there was police armed with guns pointed at him x) and of course the leg was not up in the air, and it was totally a human city. And look what has become of me over the years x) Now the dragon is not hurt, the city if inhabited by anthro characters and it's a totally safe except quite lewd scene xD
