I absolutely love this entire collection, but she was truly special to draw, from the pose to the hair and makeup details, I adore her! And I can't wait to get my hands on a print of her! ๐
Oh yes, because I always go to the printer to print all my pinups every time I finish them, for three reasons.
The first is to see how they look on paper, especially the colors, to understand if I need to change something to improve the result, or if it's okay, for a portfolio or a future artbook, which is a dream I'd like to make come true. ๐
The second reason is because I literally enjoy having a print of myself under my eyes, something tangible, it's a personal satisfaction, it makes me feel good, it's a dopamine rush. ๐คฉ
The third is that I once lost all my HD drawings because my computer broke, and at the time I didn't have an external hard drive, but I burned CDs...ehm when I remembered... and sometimes my files got corrupted! ๐ฃ
So having prints is something that will never disappear, like a backup on paper...? ๐คจ So if I were to lose the file (even though I do backups more frequently now, but you never know...) I can have the original print to scan, and for better or worse, I can still make copies of that! ๐๐ปโโ๏ธ
For anyone interested in an original print or a portfolio, I'll let you know that they're always high quality and I always sign them. Lately, I've also been adding a stamp, a little butterfly ๐ฆ which I purchased from a craftsman in London. ๐ฅฐ
I might therefore open a tier with sets of your choice, of 4 pieces each, to be delivered to your home. ๐ค But before I do that, I want to think of something nicer to add, like stickers or maybe a keychain. ๐

Oh wow that is beautiful! I will admit, when I was asked to pick my favorite it was between Violet and Betty ... but now that I see all the colors and details I think I would have picked this one. :P I just absolutely adore the background with the walls and the pillars, and that's not even mentioning the gorgeousness of Betty's head! The makeup, the hair, the glittering jewelry, it all comes together so nicely! :D Oh you print them all? Could get rather expensive. I guess you have a good printer then? Ah, a future artbook made by Vanessa... Will it contain notes written by you that explain each of the pictures, your thoughts behind it, or even something of yourself? Your artbook and biography. :P There is indeed something special about holding a piece of art in your hand. After all, traditional artist didn't go extinct just because digital artist appeared, so there is inherent value to a physical piece. :) And backups of course. It's the first thing you learn as a programmer, I think. Backups, backups, backups, because better safe than sorry... I should go get myself a backup hard drive. Aww, that's so cute with the little stamp. :) You should have plenty of options for stickers and keychains, I think. You have a whole interesting universe of characters to chose from. :) Excellent work on this collection, Vanessa! You have done wonderfully, and you should be proud of yourself!

I remember how amazed you were looking at the Egyptian portion of the Vatican City Museum we were touring. ^-^ (Though that was amazing to read and look at too. <3) Anyways, I'm happy that you were happy with the end drawing of Betty. ^o^ And no doubt your followers would like to have this set in physical form as well, Vanessa. >w<
