For some athletes who want to make it a career they have to be better than the rest in order to stand out and get picked. I do still agree winning isnβt everything, and if the ace sees that they can win without him it might solidify the idea in his mind not to join the team again.

There aren't any βACEβ here. Just the star spiker. Or MVP. But I donβt know that much about volleyball. I just notice that those who know wonder what was ACE and itβs not a volleyball position here in NA. Noya is a 2nd year so last year he was a freshman first time he a Senpai π. And he canβt explain shit. That is why star players often donβt make good coaches; they are just talented and do things by instinct. Like Noya said, just get here and receive. π We finally met coach Ukai. He is the grandson of the famous coach Ukai that why we didnβt hear his name before. π₯ΊAsahi, He was one of the better player the ace and they relied heavily on him and all his spike got block.
