More or Less Post Processing?

I'm working on a bonus set for Feb, featuring Amy Wilder, and was wondering your thoughts on post processing

Got 2 examples of images for ya to take a look at.  Do you prefer more or less post processing of colors etc

More or Less Post Processing? More or Less Post Processing?

Just a tad bit less.

I vote for less

Jason M

Split the difference. To choose, tho, less.

Steven

I like the less processing. It is a much more natural look.

Ron K

More definitely. Well, both. Each photo has a completely different vibe or feel to it.

I worked as a photo editor/graphic designer for a swimsuit company for a few years. People prefer minimal editing when it comes to models.

AirborneCore

Less seems more :D

WB Kasper

The second picture overemphasizes skin irregularies as dark spots, I don't find that flattering at all. So #1 looks much better to me.

Less

Randall Rouprich

Definitely less

I photographed alot about 5-10 years ago and I learned quickly that postprocessing female skin must be kept to a visual minimum. The 2nd looks like you gone hard with the Clarity slider. That works very well with male models or objects/backgrounds if you want that gritty/punchy look. But in my opinion its way too gritty in this case. I really love your previous studio work with the lighting and editing. However with all this said, always experiment, evolve and do what you love.

Legosadist

Less seems more natural.

Andy

2nd picture, but less processing...=🔥

Seth Yeadon

I generally prefer less and do in this case too. I like more natural editing for the most part which seems to fit your style, especially when you’re shooting outdoors better. I could see some themes where the extra processing would add a little grit or edge that might add another dimension though.

For sure I prefer the first image, I’m assuming it’s less. She’s stunning too

Darker one is more post processing!

I’m assuming the darker one is less? If so, then less.
