Dungeon Poll Follow Up

I think we've gotten most of the votes we are going to get for the dungeon poll, so here's my follow up post. First off, I'm very surprised by the results here. I definitely would not have guessed that the second dungeon would win, as I generally though the results would be that the newest dungeons were the most popular, with 5 maybe beating out 6 because 6 isn't finished yet.

For this post, I'd like to additionally ask why you all seem to like dungeon 2 and 4 so much. I asked in the poll for you to vote based on everything in the dungeon other than the scenes, which is a wide variety of content, but my assumption based on the results would be that dungeon's with more gameplay mechanics outside of fighting are preferred, as the winner has the very large Hypno Hell section, followed by the fourth dungeon, about half of which is a collection of shorter mini-game type areas. I'd love for responses in the form of comments, to get a better idea of exactly what you enjoyed so much about these dungeons, and even what you didn't enjoy about other dungeons. However, I'm also making it a poll so you can still answer this simply, if your answer is just agreeing with what I stated above, that you enjoyed the different gameplay mechanics these maps had, typically involving moving around on the map trying to avoid traps or correctly time things and such.

I've also included an option for the players who didn't vote for dungeon 2 or 4, so you don't feel left out.

That will certainly do it. Placeholder events and areas that end abruptly waiting for more content can definitely make things feel more disjointed. That's also why I've focused more on taking however long I need to fully complete an update recently, to avoid leaving things feeling like they are unfinished as much as possible. For whenever you do get around to it, I'll mention that the first basement floor is finished for the sixth dungeon, so you could probably play that now and not feel disjointed when you come back to it.

I've been holding off on trying 6 for two reasons. 1. I lost my hard drive and though you can skip right to various places I want to get my game back to a proper state at some point, just haven't had the time. 2. It feels less urgent because part of the reason I think 5 felt so disjointed for me was because I did play that one in parts as it came out. I don't think that helped it imo.

Realism goes out the door when you get to inhumanely large cocks, but you should never underestimate Alexandra's dedication to anal training!

I agree. Dungeon 4 in particular is a bit all over the place, jumping between several different mini-games and then suddenly stopping them altogether in place of the CHOOSE YOUR DESTINY section, which I did because I was really tired of all the testing and stuff involved with setting up all the other different areas lol. I think half the reason dungeon 5 felt a bit like this as well was just because it was way too big. The part where it splits into the three different paths could have probably been a whole dungeon on its own. You'll have to let me know how you feel about Dungeon 6 when you play it, since you marked that you hadn't gotten to that yet in the previous poll, I think I've managed to make that one more cohesive than the previous two dungeons.

As someone else already posted, I too liked the transformation line of events for the same reason, being trans I find I like the idea behind the stories/events.

Borderfox

I personally feel most dungeons beyond 3 are a bit overmuch. They've just got too many things happening that they don't feel cohesive to me. 2 was the one that felt that it struck the right balance while 3 was also good, I just liked what was in 2 better.

Sic-ing the mino on Alexandra was also quite amusing if kinda worrying that she would just die from it. Figured you wouldn't be killing, well, anyone off but that would be realistic in my view.

I like 4 over all the others for the rather simple reason that I'm trans. After decades of wanting to be something other then well, me, I've built up quite the liking of transformation themed stories, even if it was sort lived. My second favorite would be 1 just for the dnd feel of it. Grew up with dnd so it was nice seeing that
