Main thing I've discovered in my 30s is that you have to hire the right people for the job. Alice is a meticulous, careful, and thoughtful person who can concentrate. She is an invaluable help, and someone I can actually trust to edit photos well, as this example shows.
I'm thinking I'll ask her to output non marked images and I'll do the marking myself, and do final QC before release.
This will be a huuuuge boon to our creative output!
