[Poll] Inspiration

Howdy y'all!

Figured I'd ask for some input on where you'd like to see more of our work get inspired from!

In the past, I've been inspired by video games I've played, comic books I've read, or movies I've seen.  What type of work do you think we could draw inspiration from, or you would be interested in?

Definitely a feedback oriented post so nothing's too crazy.  This might end up being a viewing/reading list for me LOL

Videogames is by far my fav, but surprised Comics is coming in so low. I figured Domino and Black Widow alone would give that category an edge.

Or historic throwbacks. American Revolutionary War, WWII, 1920s,... Also, cowgirls.

Possibly a bit out there, but Titanfall seems pretty ripe for inspiration. It's got a great, gritty futuristic aesthetic where, despite interstellar travel being a thing, people are still running around with web gear and slinging bullets at each other with good old-fashioned small arms. (it's also the best shooter since Half-Life 2 in my personal opinion, so worth playing either way!)

How about modern takes on classic mythic characters guns + snake = medusa. Or guns + armor or wings = Valkyrie

Fantasy epics where the girl isn't wearing enough to keep warm but is better protected than the knight in shining armor.

Thankfully you’re already a Fallout fan so we’re covered there. Some “No-one Lives Forever” (2 more than 1) would make awesome shoots, especially if you can dig up a sterling SMG

Welll shiiiiet, those are great suggestions. I'm not sure about the Lady with the kayak one, but the other could be fun/doable

Classic Art isn't winning right now, but I think it would still be neat to see what kind of photos you could take with inspirations like Waterhouse's "The Lady of Shalott" (1888) or Rossetti's "Venus Verticordia". (The latter, could even be modified to have the model holding a rifle and cleaning rod instead of an apple and arrow, or something like that.)
