I was inspired by corsets, puffy sleeves and lace embroidered with beads (there are pictures in the collage).
1. For white fabric - satin, bi flex, jacquard. Fabric with a sheen or large sequins will also look great.
2. For blue ribbons, jacquard, satin fabrics are also suitable (perhaps even with iridescence in several colors)
3. Veil, skirt, sleeves, insert on the chest and back - chiffon, can be with lace, sequins, beads.
4. Finish - gold leatherette (matte or glossy)
