This month we're doing obscure cartoon characters from the 70s, 80's and 90's and neglected ocs of mine that haven't gotten art in awhile, or never got a fully rendered piece.
Think of some characters that you don't see too often that you wish got more love. Like a show that only got one or two seasons, or a character that only had one appearance in an episode of tv ad. As for my characters there's a good amount that haven't gotten proper art in some time, like Velga, Wilhelm, Nibby, Milo, etc.
