2025-10-21 07:34:33 +0000 UTCit always makes me really happy hearing tom talk about how much he likes play as an adult because it genuinely is really healthy and good for you. its sadly just one of those things that people think you should grow out of as an adult, but you can find a lot when you look into why its important for people to still do once youve grown up. it was something my therapist always suggested i seek out from my friends as its good for trauma therapy, too. i'm the tom of my friend groups now and always pull them out to parks and stuff. its so fun
