Events and locations

Artwork for some new events are now ready to go. As you can imagine, alcohol was probably involved here.


The next stage of Sammy's mission will take her to the cities security forces where she will meet a variety of people across several locations. Their main base is near the cities security checkpoint where all vehicles and people must pass to enter or exit the city. The other location will be inside the train station  where only cargo trains are permitted to travel, under the watchful eyes of the security forces of course.

Along with this, the truck stop has been added (but no events for it yet). While this location doesn't feature during the main quest, it will be a main focal point during the quest involving Cass and Mira, as well as a number of job options. It will be a place where you can work as a waitress in the diner, work as a cleaner in the motel, work washing the trucks that stop by and finally it will be a location where you can sell yourself. I'm sure once the events are written, Sammy will be spending a lot of time here.

And finally, the lake has been added. Again no events for it yet, but it will involve small bikinis, beach volleyball, skinny dipping and night time beach parties. But be warned, sand gets everywhere!

You may also notice the little bus icon on the travel screen. I have changed the way traveling between locations work now. First of all, busses now travel to and from every district location of which there are 8 in total now. Additionally, walking from one district to another takes 15 mins (depending on pregnancy level) while locations within a district take no time to travel to. 

Notice that while at the shopping district, the home area, train station and highway have square buttons while the mall and newly relocated market have rounded buttons. Basically, square takes time, rounded does not. 

There will also be another location, the industrial district, along with a few new bits of clothing. I am aiming to have the update public during the middle of next week, so stay posted for some patron builds before then.

I have a rough idea of the ending for the institute storyline. It is not a world altering "I saved all of humanity" type ending and more of a "This is a good point to wrap up the story" type ending. And being that there are other storylines outside of the institute that can happen, the game will continue so you can also play them.

I really line what you're doing. But I have a question. Is this game going to have an end (or multi end) or will he be one who will continue on forever? I'm not in a hurry to end it, you're game have a lot of promise and will have, I hope, a long life. But having no real end isn't a good idea I think.
