For people who want to focus on abstinence, everything you create should be related to denying yourself physical release at my direction, and how that makes you feel.
If you are repeating Locktober, you are free to interpret the best way to incorporate HypNOvember tasks into your Locktober tasks. (And make sure that when asked to choose a word that you do your best to come up with something different to what you've already chosen.)
Today's Challenge
There are some, perhaps, unexpected words in the cloud. Examine the cloud closely and see if there are any words that you wouldn't have thought of, but that resonate with you now that you've noticed them. Share the word(s) you found and why they resonate with you in the #hypnovember channel of my Discord. If you are focusing on denial for HypNOvember then make sure to differentiate between words that only relate to abstinence for you (if that turns out to be the case.)
