For Hypnovember, we're exploring creativity and abstinence!

For people who want to focus on abstinence, everything you create should be related to denying yourself physical release at my direction, and how that makes you feel.

If you are repeating Locktober, you are free to interpret the best way to incorporate HypNOvember tasks into your Locktober tasks. (And make sure that when asked to choose a word that you do your best to come up with something different to what you've already chosen.)

Today's Challenge

There are many words in the cloud that indicate states of mind, like attentive, carefree, and submissive. Which word in the cloud best describes a state of mind that you would like to have? Choose your word and then write a short mantra to chant to yourself while you're completing your Hypnovember tasks. Share your word and your mantra in the #hypnovember channel of my Discord. If you are focusing on denial for HypNOvember then plan to chant your new mantra whenever you feel tempted to quit.
