FOCUS - Focus on submission and clicking and SIP and negative numbers.
TASK - Listen to today's file naked while playing with your nipples. Keep today's focuses in mind as much as you can while listening and touching yourelf. When you're done listening, write a short paragraph about what "don't think about it with thoughts, think about it with actions" means to you, and how you will apply it to the rest of this Locktober month. Remember, no orgasms!
