Going forward, weekly uploads will be of audios drawn from videos available at YouTube.com/leeallure - but edited some to be more accessible as audio files. There will be a new spiral video available to download with each file.
Today's release is audio taken from one of the first YouTube Livestreams, and refers to watching a shiny, physical object. While listening, you may want to choose a shiny object of your own to look at as you follow along.
What do I mean by "active trance"? This educational audio is well-suited to people with little to no hypnosis experience. Follow along with me and practice having your eyes open while in trance. You'll have the opportunity to drop into trance twice, so make sure you take some time after you're done listening to come fully back to your original state of mind.
