For today's task, write at least 100 words on how your level of submission has changed over the course of the month. When you are done, do one of the following:
1. if you have someone in your life for whom you are submissive other than me, read what you've written to them, finding that the act of sharing these thoughts out loud strengthens any feelings of submission and arousal that you may be experiencing, then share how that went for you, including how submissive and obedient you feel.
2. if I am the appropriate person to receive your words, then record yourself reading them to me, finding that the act of sharing these thoughts out loud strengthens any feelings of submission and arousal that you may be experiencing, then send me that video. When you're done, share how submissive and obedient you feel.
There should be no nudity, touching, clenching, or any other physical behavior that stimulates you other than reading while you are doing this task.
Before sleeping tonight, listen to Latex Encasement, possibly for the last time this month.
