If you are also doing Locktober, you may combine today's tasks.
Wear your nipple clamps (or safe alternative) for 30 minutes, or roll a D30 if you think you can’t manage 30 minutes. Share a picture of one of your nipples after you are done in the appropriate #locktober channel, along with how long you wore your nipple clamps. While you are sharing, think about how sharing pictures at my direction, when it is safe and appropriate to do so, brings you pleasure through obedience.
And even though it should really go without saying, remember, no coming!
