Your task today is to spin the Random Wheel of Tasks, but with a twist!
Spin until you hit “Praise”.
With every spin you can find yourself dropping into trance, a little more deeply each time. (If you hit “Praise” on the first spin, you can find yourself dropping immediately.)
Stay in trance for 1 minute, then bring yourself up again.
“Praise” will be your random task for today!
However, if your unconscious mind is willing, you can find that from now on when you spin the Random Wheel of Tasks, you will not remember that you’ve ever hit “Praise” before, and you can find yourself adding another thing to praise yourself about to your daily praise report.
This task calls for you to draw on skills you have practiced in previous months, chiefly subject agency and amnesia, and you'll find that you're able to complete this task to the best of your ability, and to be proud of yourself for what you accomplish, and to know that your proficiency will grow every time you call upon these skills.
