Task type: Message File Chosen: Accept and Say "Yes" Click Loop This was remarkably powerful. It created this rigid loop in my mind, that was definitely aided by the speed and intentionality of Lee's words. The quick movement of my focus from one place to another over and over really helped grind down any other thoughts and made me feel the programming. Kind of like how closing your eyes on the Round-Up ride makes you feel every movement so much more intensely. Task: Email Lee a message relevant to today's theme. Task Output: Message sent to Lee.

2024-08-28 03:51:14 +0000 UTCMessage: Accept and Say Yes Click Loop 84DC. This file was so intense! My hands were together in the beginning and all of a sudden I was so deep so fast. I didn't know what was happening through most of it but I felt myself not want to move even if I wanted to. I slightly recall the word loop was confusing but my mind visualized a shining spinning wheel of blue electricity in a dark environment. No thoughts of the visualization until later that maybe it connected with the word loop. Going around. This file was so powerful. I think I noticed it might be the shortest file of the month so far. It was hard to believe that to be true. Was a fun listen. Thank you! Email sent.
