That cryptic statement doesn't give you much of a clue about this file, which you won't remember anyway. But before you listen and forget, know that this amnesia file uses a technology metaphor to help your conscious mind go to sleep, take a break, power down, and just not have to work quite as hard for a while, until accomplishing necessary tasks becomes effortless.

Task type: Pleasure File Chosen: Mystery File I can feel that my unconscious mind has a good grasp of what happened, but does not want to share. I assume this is because it wants to preserve the sense of mystery the file's title implies. The only thing I am able to mention is that the file uses the mind-machine metaphor to help the listener's quality of life. Task: Explore pleasure in a way that relates to the theme of self-care Task Output: I allowed myself to have a longer shower today, and while doing so, I massaged the areas of my back and shoulders that I could effectively get to on my own.

I drifted at times but had a moment where I feel like my concious mind had a moment of thought during the file but when I conciously tried to "think inside of my own mind", my thoughts turned to nothing. It was strangely quiet. The action seemed to almost go back to shutting down thoughts within the trance. I may have picked up some pieces but I do think the file is still a mystery to my concious mind. The task for today will help the mystery of the file continue to program me.
