Minor change to tiers
Added 2023-06-13 22:50:14 +0000 UTCI've had a few of of ya ask to open more slots for the higher tiers (specifically the one that includes sound) so I closed a few of the Elite Degenerate tier slots (if you've got it dont worry) and opened a few more higher tier slots for those of you asking or wanting to move up.
