Mindless Banter Hypnosis Podcast
Added 2024-04-04 17:00:09 +0000 UTCOne of the things I've been doing lately is recording episodes of the new podcast I'm doing with DJ Pynchon and EnScenic (editor note - that's me!) and we just released the first (or zeroth) episode.
You should be able to find the Mindless Banter Hypnosis Podcast on Spotify, Amazon Music, and iHeartRadio, and it will be available shortly on Apple Podcasts and EnScenic's YouTube channel (YouTube/EnScenic) We're going to have at least one episode per month, maybe more, and will be talking about a variety of topics related to hypnosis and the hypnosis community.

Really enjoyed the first episode! The bit about different ways to get into hypnosis was really interesting. I totally get the more organic approach to hypnosis, but at the same time, the more """scientific""" approach is also super fascinating to me. When I first explored hypnosis I struggled with the often vague language surrounding trance. All the descriptions I've red didnt really help, since I never experienced anything like it and the audio people recommended didnt do anything for me. Reading about hypnotherapy and the whole theory of mind behind it helped me over that initial hurdle and as i got more experienced, the organic approach started to make much more sense. Reviewing different creators and files also sounds like a really neat idea for future episodes. There are some popular/notorious audios out there that people swear on, but I have never personally experienced and for most of them I dont plan to. Still, im really curiouse what the "experts" think of them ^^
