Complete Alchemist 1.2

The Complete Alchemist is the definitive version of our Alchemist class. Since practically every subclass and feature made the cut for Valda's Spire of Secrets, we decided that this standalone version needed to be expanded by just a hair. So in addition to migrating all the changes from Valda's (big and small) we've added two new subclasses: the paint-slinging Pigmentist and the sound-manipulating Resonator! Enjoy, and happy bombing.

Though Combining that with the Thief Rogues ability to take the Use an Object action as a bonus action would be a nice combo.

2022-08-30 23:07:14 +0000 UTCYou have to use an action, but taking the Use An Object action to prime a bomb includes the ability to attack with it. Quoted: "Once per turn you can take the Use an Object action to prime a bomb with explosive reagents and make an attack with it, increasing the bomb’s explosive potential." So you're getting the increased damage every turn at functionally zero loss unless you have access to Extra Attack from multiclassing.

Do you mean the free object interaction, or do you have to spend a turn's action and then only throw a bomb every other turn for an additional point or 2 of damage?
