Become a master of the forbidden necromantic arts with the Complete Necromancer! This new, balanced class lets you command a horde of undead, channel dark energies through your fingertips, wither your foes with a host of cruel spells, and ascend to the very heights of lichdom. The Complete Necromancer comes with a slew of new necromancy spells, like inexorable sacrophogus and Gahoul’s gruesome garotte, and a whole army of new, unique undead minions, like the bonebeast and gorger. No matter which of the eight subclass options you pick, you become a unique, formidable practitioner of the dark arts, and eventually accomplish the ultimate ambition of necromancy: transforming yourself into a lich. Oh, and your GM should love it, since this necromancer is guaranteed not to break your game!

I hear you asking "Mike, didn't you just release the necromancer? Don't you need more playtesting?" As a matter of fact, yes we do! This version has a ton of subtle and obvious changes to the class, but we're still craving proper playtest feedback, so if you're searching for a necromancer, please give this one a try!

2021-02-01 19:09:33 +0000 UTCJust sent this to one of my players running a necromancer type PC to see if he wants to playtest. I'm really impressed with the mechanics on this one. The enhanced criticals on a spellcaster is a great idea, and I like some of the subclass abilities that give an alternate use of Charnel Touch points.
