(I say "pay it forward" since I am asking for a donation to any of the charities mentioned for a printer. I also have two below that are for-sale. Read on if you are in the area! 🥰)
As mentioned in a previous post, my health has been a challenge as of late, so I am lightening up on my personal possessions. I am unable to continue to maintain my 3D printers as effectively, and figur...

I hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday season.
Here's a small holiday update on some developments.
Upcoming Release: PPPX
At last, after many months of testing and documentation refinements, I have submitted the PPPX for release to the Gatalog. You can find it published over there after it passes their review. This is my last principal release for 2023, and possibly for a while as I regain footing on my health.
Upcoming Beta: DDxx.3

Writing this in 2023, there are many new printers newcomers can choose to start off with. I still think that the Ender 3 is one of the cheapest and effective ways to introduce a someone into the 3D printing hobby, namely because of the care they will have to put into it. I wrote this guide to put down into words exactly how I configure and standardize my Ender 3 V2's to share with those who ask me about printing as an entry point.
The Creality Ender 3 series initially is an afford...

(Author's Note: I'll be honest, I had a whole thing written up on Twitter about my thought process and steps I took to remix and redraw this model until the page decided to crash and nuke the thread I was writing. Perhaps that should teach me a lesson to write on here first before Twitter LOL.
(Author's Note [Part II]: Okay, let's try publishing this again. It seems if the browser is open too long writing this, it won't auto-save or publish, and if you refresh, you lose eve...

Thank You
First off, I want to say thank you to my patrons and followers for your support of my work, whether you are a current patron or prior one (or just enjoy my models!). I appreciate your thank you notes, donations and patronage, along seeing prints on various forums all the same- they brighten up my day whenever I see someone enjoy something I've worked on, and for that I am truly grateful.
This post is rather a out-of-the-ordinary personal anecdote, ...

It has been a good minute since I posted an update here, and for good reason, though those reasons I will make available in the post immediately following this.
(Excerpt from the introduction of the assembly PDF for this model.)
The Walther PPX is a peculiar gun. It’s a budget-minded, hammer-fired offering from Walther. Both have had three short years of production. While its a...

"What's Vinh been up to as of late?"
I've been busy with work and finally got back on my favorite self-care treatment: making guns!
I have been putting this kit off for a long time. I purchased it a few years ago, but never got around to it until now. It's a simple blowback that never got the same aftermarket love as the 10/22. As Remington folded, the 597 is no longer produced.
The model is compatible with .22 LR kits. It is NOT compatible with the recalled and dangerous...

🎇Happy New Year! ✨
I've been hard at work cleaning up my backlog with new releases, along with updating some already-existing releases to include a PDF Assembly Guide. (Something the Gatalog requires for releasing through them, even for esoteric or limited availability builds.) 😀
After I wipe my backlog, I'll be able to pursue some other exciting ideas and collaborations in the works! 😄
MEPR-X
Upcoming release.

As promised, here's some curious metrics I have collected, scoping from 8/2021 to 10/2022:
- A total of 4214 kits that can be printed have been collected.
- Kits may or may not have been tracked before or after a certain point due to manual entry.
- Private/unannounced kits are not counted for as of now.
- Categorization is by printed-frame family.
Stats:
- The top two most common part kits are DDxx.2 compatible kits (683), and S&W Sigm...

Hi folks,
I have some unfortunate news about weekly digests. As life has kicked up and gotten busy, I'm unable to continue collecting and publishing a weekly digest (which was a nice little treat for us all).
(As an aside, I will resume the digests when it is no longer such a laborious task.) I'll publish insights on what I've found so far data wise soon. (Such as average number of certain kits per week, least common, most common kits, etc.)
It now takes at least six hours a...

A fairly simple and ordinary week this time around.
Beretta
This week, there are TWO Hi-Powers and TWO U22's, along with TWO AR-7's.
On top of that- there's a 950 BS in .22 Short. This is a very uncommon kit.
Browning
This week of interest, you have an FN509 that has emerged, along with FOUR Hi-Power kits.
With the FN509/FNS-C update just released to the Gatalog this past weekend, you should be able to build one of those kits now.
Beretta
This week, it's a very ordinary week. Glock parts are still in abundance, as are Sigma kits.
Beretta
Browning
Exciting week. I feel like there's a lot less this time around, but there are a few items of interest.
A Henry H001 kit has emerged, as did an FNS-9 and and FNS-40. I'd scoop those if you want a chance to own one.
Beretta
Another exciting week! There's a boat load of 42 and 43 kits, with THREE Hi-Powers.
Beretta
Canik
EAA
This is an exciting week. There are few practice and training parts that have cropped up. These are simply curious items to have and collect.
Some SAR/EAA kits have appeared too. Also note a long-slide S&W M&P 9! You don't see those often either.

Hey guys!
I just announced that I have left the Gatalog on Twitter to focus more on my family and career.
I'll still be doing dev work and sharing progress (whenever I can) with you guys though, so don't fret.
You can also find me on my Discord too- pop on by and connect your Patreon account to Discord so you can get recognized in there. :D
Cheers,
Vinh

Of note is a AR-7 Explorer II. They don't make this barrel length anymore.
Browning
Another ordinary week. Note the Hi-Power's.

I ended up picking up a severe cold/sore throat at the funeral last week. Fortunately, I managed to sit down and get a head start on this week's listing for you guys.
We have plenty of exciting developments on the Gen4 and Gen5 stuff too- more info to follow along soon as we tweak and test fire.
There's some oddities this week- namely an Arcus 94, which is another Bulgarian Hi-Power. I'm not sure what exact spec it uses, though. Maybe the FEG? Of note too are the compensated Glock...

This week's listings may be delayed, or even not posted due to a family emergency.
I will do my best to get one out by Saturday PM if I can.
My sincere apologies.

Can you believe it's August already? Where has this year gone, I wonder.
You will have a good shot at 10/22's or Marlin 60's this week. Of special note too is an FN 509 if you want to join the (still ongoing) beta for it. A Kimel AP9 has emerged too if you want to print the KAP9 frame for it- (it is somewhat elusive).
1911
You won't see a whole lot this week. Fairly ordinary minus the odd number of AR-7 kits.
Beretta
Got some really neat parts kits this week. Of interest is TWO FN 509 kits, and some M&P 9 Shield PC kits too. Note the long-slide M&P 9 M2.0 in FDE, as well.
Beretta
This week is interesting. A good amount of 950 BS kits have appeared, with one in .22 Short. In addition, an FNS-40 and FNS-9C kit has emerged also- the latter you can use to join my 509/C beta. Note also too, a long barrel S&W M&P 9.
Beretta
Of note this week is the Henry section of part kits. There are AR-7 kits, which I have a frame for, but also the strange quantity of the lever action H001 kits.
kmurray's P.L.A is releasing very shortly- if you don't have a H001 kit, I'd grab one soon.
Beretta
I made a list last week, but neglected to hit publish. Sorry all. Here's this week's list, a little earlier than usual.
