2018-03-20 08:11:48 +0000 UTCI'm loving all of the content you lot are putting out, and am currently considering playing a College of Masks Bard. I was wondering if the damage on the Dragon mask is correct, simply because it starts with 1d6, but at higher levels moves to a d4. It's probably not much of a difference damage wise, but I just wanted some insight.

2016-12-06 05:20:41 +0000 UTCI loved the cannibal, specifically, those abilities describe perfectly how I want my undead to perform. The other "evil" archetypes are well thought out and I will be making use of them in my upcoming games.
2016-11-02 01:13:26 +0000 UTCI'm glad your players are slowly turning to the Dark Side. We have cookies over here.

2016-10-30 06:54:36 +0000 UTCBy RAW, there's no means to end a shadow maneuver early, so you have to abide by their durations. That being said, if a DM wants to allow a player a ability to end a maneuver early, I'd say that's probably fine, as long as he doesn't use more than one in the span on one attack. In other words, using Shadowsharp for the attack roll and Shadowstrike for the damage probably shouldn't be allowed. Shadowcast just overwrites Reach if it's present, so 15 feet reach total. This range is powerful in conjunction with Sentinel, but the point cost, short duration, and high feature level basically justify it.

2016-10-30 06:53:59 +0000 UTCSo umbral knights says you can't use multiple shadow effects simultaneously, but how its written, i'm unsure if you can start an new effect, ending the old one prematurely, or are you just blocked from turning on new effects? because the shadowbane effect is instantaneous, where the others are short-duration buffs. Expanding your crit range, critting, then ending it to multiply extra 2d8 to 4d8 nectrotic damage doesn't seem overpowered, as it burns a short-rest resource very quickly, but i'm not sure if its in the spirit of how the material is written. also, with the shadowcast doesn't say it disregards reach weapon quality, 20ft of sentinel is a truly insane amount of sticky battle field control, especially with bonus action to Morphicly from maul damage to a glaive for AoOs. ...or maybe that all intentional, i like it, but im hesitant as it sounds too good to be true.

2016-10-29 22:37:14 +0000 UTCMy group has slowly shifted their alignments to evil...running a sandbox really changed their view of the in game world. One of my players is super amped to play the cannibal subclass when the orc race is released with Volo's. His battle rager was killed in the climax of the last session.

2016-10-03 01:28:11 +0000 UTCNo, a bossbow fires actual managerial staff. Their oversized egos and paychecks make quite the projectile XD I'll fix that very soon.

2016-10-03 00:02:23 +0000 UTCDefinitely excited for this one. I love your collected editions like this one. Found a typo: Persona's multiattack section, "two attacks with his rapier or brossbow" As much as I might be interested in a bossbow- does it shoot quarterly performance reports?

2016-10-02 06:15:20 +0000 UTCIts supposed to read Diabolism. A Diabolist is a wizard who deals with and controls devils.
