2020-04-21 17:49:54 +0000 UTCHi, I wanted to show how strong the characters are, so I looked for a unit to "strenght measurement", and 1RM (one repetition maximum) is the only one that I found. It's a measure for muscular strength, usually used on competitions, to show how much weight someone can handle in a given exercise. The correct use is for specific exercises though.
