I liked the sound while the "balloons" lasted. maybe actual balloons for a mic of that size might work? Anyways, try not to stress too much about your loud neighbors. It's great that you can have a place in an area you enjoy... with a garden too : ) It's so expensive to rent or own in America right now. It used to be the "land of opportunity" (sad face) Stay beautiful and blessed Ms. Stardust. May you find peace wherever you lay your head at night : )
