1) Make sure you are playing v1.2 or newer. 2) Meet her as part of the event with Eva at the beach. Eva should be in her normal bikini, not the skimpiest one. 3) Eva then will do bar duty in the evenings on alternate days, starting with the new week. (I think I have all those details right)
