If you want a certain body type i.e hyper breasts, hyper butt or maybe good ol fashion muscle then suggest it with your character!
If the winner doesn't have a specified body type then I'll probably just slap some muscle on them!
Keep in mind this isn't just for females. you can suggest males too.
