For those who are new and/or might now know, AMA stands for "Ask Me Anything", and essentially this is how it works: Down below in the comments, you can ask me a question (or a few), and at the end of the month, I will record myself answering them, and release an audio for you all to be able to enjoy!

2023-11-01 18:00:20 +0000 UTCsilly question: does anyone you know IRL know about what you do here? i assume your partner does, but what about anyone else? and #2: every time a content creator i like does an AMA and someone asks about music, i never know the songs πso here's one with that in mind: who's your favorite Big Name artist? like, the ones with big hit songs/albums. (PS: i don't know if you've ever heard this advice before, but as someone who also struggles with executive dysfunction, something that sometimes helps me is to tie it to an immediate, tangible reward. not as in "accomplishment" or "i did what i needed to" - for example, to get myself to jog every day, i specifically jog to the convenience store, and get a tasty drink from there. my way of making myself leave my bed in the morning is because i keep my medication downstairs, and i feel like garbage if i don't take it, so i'm forced to leave my room to get it. these are incentives that aren't directly related to the action itself, which tricks my brain into thinking i'm just doing it for the reward, and not as a necessary task.)
